He was always prompt in answering our questions regardless of what type of question or what form of communication we used, text, email, phone call, etc. Mike was extremely patient with us as we started our home buying process almost 2 years ago. He would always update our home search based on our needs and wants whenever, and however often they changed. He was always in contact with us throughout the process but he always put our needs first and never pressured us in any way to look at homes or to buy.
