It isn't often you work with a Realtor® for over two years. My husband and I knew we would be transferred to the surrounding suburbs of Milwaukee, but we had no idea where or the market. We contacted Mike off a Zillow listing and for two years he worked patiently with us looking at homes till we were ready to make the move. Last week we closed on a home. During the process Mike was always available even in the shortest of moments, always got back to us in a timely manner, and came prepared with information on each listing. We most admired his honesty when giving feedback and recommendations. He would point out the positives and negatives in a home. Mike is the best Realtor® we have ever worked with. We decided to buy a house on a Friday, accepted the offer on Monday with no bidding war. That is unheard of in the housing market right now, in our area. His timing expertise, strategies, and negotiation skills got us the first house we made an offer on. Mike was absolutely fantastic to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable about the area, the home buying process, and about what to look at and look for in a house. Looking at houses with him was like a mini home inspection since he could point out potential problem areas or upcoming maintenance needs and use that to inform the offer. He was very willing to accommodate my schedule and helped me through the whole process from the initial search to closing. Mike couldn’t have been a better Realtor® for us. We were selling our condo in Chicago and he was helping us buy our first house in Wisconsin at the same time, which was a stressful process, but he made it very easy. He was very accommodating and always made himself available to show us houses. He was also very knowledgeable about every house we toured, always pointing out the pros and cons.
